Seeds of Change

For students living in impoverished communities across Latin America and Africa, access to higher education is extremely limited.

An EARTH University education prepares students to make a positive impact in their communities, promotes the development of rural areas, and contributes to the improvement of environmental and social practices globally.

A scholarship gift can transform the life trajectory of a student whose potential exceeds their financial resources and can help build the movement of food systems leaders our planet needs to feed a growing population in a sustainable way.

What does your scholarship gift fund?

Students who attend EARTH University live and learn on campus for four years. Scholarship support covers more than just tuition:

  • 11 months/year of coursework, Monday - Saturday
  • Room and Board (3 meals/day)
  • Books and materials, lab fees, equipment
  • 10:1 Student/Faculty ratio
  • Intensive, experiential academic program culminating with a Licenciatura degree (between a bachelor’s and master’s degree)
  • Collaboration with students and faculty from almost 60 countries, access to international internships, and community immersion
  • Off-campus activities and field trips
  • Student Life activities, workshops, concerts, sporting events, extracurricular classes
  • Academic-related transportation
  • International Health Insurance
  • 24-hour on-site medical facilities with full-time physician and mental health counseling

I am profoundly thankful for all those who made my education possible. Without the support of my donors, I would not be here today. They have no idea the change they have spearheaded.
