Norman founded both Afri-Farmers Market and Young Africans Business Booster (YABB). Through YABB, he trains and encourages young people through an entrepreneurial toolbox, helping them create their own sustainable agribusiness ideas to reduce unemployment and poverty. With Afri-Farmers Market, they help smallholder farmers to grow and access markets for their produce.
