More than 80% of EARTH alumni return to their home countries as leaders and change agents, addressing environmental issues such as soil and water conservation, waste management, and making a measurable impact in improving rural livelihoods by training farmers, increasing incomes for families, generating employment, and improving working conditions. The support of generous donors like you is imperative to provide these young leaders with the opportunity to receive an EARTH education and gain the skills they need to create meaningful positive change in their communities.
EARTH is committed to recruiting the most qualified candidates from economically disadvantaged rural areas, regardless of socioeconomic status.
